Introduced in 1963, the Cosmograph Daytona was designed to meet the demands of professional racing drivers. Launched at Baselworld in 2016, this new version still pays tribute to the previous versions and brings new improvements on the table. The Oyster Perpetual Cosmograph Daytona is the ultimate tool watch for those with a passion for driving and speed. More than 50 years after its creation, the Cosmograph Daytona remains in a class of its own among sport chronographs and continues to transcend time.

Water-resistant to 100m, the Daytona Cosmograph ref. 116500 features an black Cerachrom ceramic tachymeter bezel on top of its 40 mm stainless steel Oystersteel Oyster case, a sapphire crystal, a screw-down Triplock winding crown. Inside, the Daytona is equipped with the highly accurate Caliber 4130, more or less 2 seconds per day, automatic movement, which features a blue Parachrom hairspring and a 72-hour power reserve. The present watch is fitted with a matte white dial, with chromalight displays, to complement its black Cerachrom bezel. The model is also available with a black dial. Because of its success and a huge demand, there is actually waitlists at authorized retailers several years in length. Dial, case and movement are signed.
